Eligibility for Refunds/Returns

We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products made to order.
  • Clearance or final sale items, unless defective.
  • Seasonal items after the holiday period has ended.

Refund Process

  2. Approval and Instructions: We’ll provide a return address and specific shipping instructions.
  3. Inspection and Refund: Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrectly sent. Pinsaliz will cover return shipping costs for such issues.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
